Notwithstanding all the pandemic-related challenges that have arisen in the meantime, the outlook for further economic growth is extremely positive.

Route management USA in future from Düsseldorf and Frankfurt
For already more than 23 years, Carsten Jörges from our Düsseldorf office has been the Route Manager responsible for the United States. He travels the USA on average three to four times a year to provide personal support to both our partners and customers on site and to further expand and optimize developments. Even in Covid times, QCS is in constant close contact with partners and customers on site.
In order to meet all future challenges and the size of this market, Mr. Jörges is actively supported by Mr. Patrick Eberhard from our Frankfurt branch, who also has many years of experience in route development and has lived and worked overseas for several years in the course of his career. With our experienced USA-Development-Team QCS is well prepared for future developments and also available for the shippers in their own country at any time to create transport solutions for smooth operations.

- QCS is excellently positioned at about 100 airports in all states of the USA, not only in the major metropolises, but also beyond them. Thanks to its exclusive partnerships of many years, we are always in a position to guarantee timely and local solutions in the area of both imports and exports.
- Due to the combination of continental coverage in the USA as well as our European network and our presence at all important airports in Germany as well as our 'Special 24/7 Teams' in our own country, QCS regularly handles special transports. For the aviation and automotive industry, we handle special transports weekly – from on-board services to pick-ups of smallest goods and weekend deliveries to the important airports. Of course, we also handle cross-border transports to various countries in Eastern Europe. We arrange for special transports in order to keep the production lines in the automotive world in motion or a defective airplane at one of the American airports back in the air as soon as possible.
- The range of our services also includes normal import / export freight, project shipments for oversized goods and home deliveries.
- Thanks to our excellent close partnerships with the local airlines, we are able to arrange time-sensitive departures and solutions through various block space agreements in Germany and the USA, despite the still very reduced frequencies and consequently very tight capacity situation.
Highlights of the past years
One of the highlights of the past years, for example, was a transport series for a German automobile manufacturer: For a complete North American racing season, we were able to fly the sports cars to various airports in the USA and to Canada.Just in time with a service performance of 100% - all our employees are available day after day to live the spirit of our company with all their competence and energy.
