Starting on 26 August 2024, Qantas are launching new freighter services from Australia to Hong Kong and New Zealand, utilizing their A321P2F and A332P2F aircraft to meet customer demand.
For Hong Kong, there will be two return services per week from Sydney to Hong Kong, along with a weekly Perth-Hong Kong-Sydney service to accommodate shipments from Western Australia. These services will be operated by their widebody A332P2F.
For New Zealand, they are offering five weekly rotations from Sydney to Christchurch via Auckland. Four of these rotations will be operated by the more fuel-efficient A321P2F, including a new weekend service, while one rotation will be handled by their widebody A332P2F to support larger cargo shipments.
Additionally, from 9 September 2024, a Melbourne connection will be added to the schedule to optimize transhipment options.
