Metrans are pleased with the growing demand for transport between Leipzig and German seaports – especially to/from Bremerhaven.
In response to this demand, they have decided to expand their train schedule and will operate three direct trains per week between Leipzig Wahren (DUSS) and Bremerhaven (CT1-4) starting from 01/09/2024.
Loading of imports at the port will take place on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with pick-up in Leipzig possible the next day from 3:00 p.m.
For exports, departures from Leipzig will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with delivery to the terminal required by 6:30 p.m. the previous day.
